Hi, my name is Eric Geisterfer. I was born in the US but raised in Mexico, so I’m fully bilingual and bicultural. I have a BA in Economics from Occidental College and a Series 65 license, so I am comfortable working with numbers and financial concepts. Having worked for startups, medium sized companies and large corporations in a variety of industries, in office and remotely, I’m used to different business environments. My background is in sales and sales management. As a manager, being well organized, leading by example and using positive management techniques, are tenets I believe in. Having said that, in the end business is about results and sometimes tough decisions need to be made.  In 2019, through my volunteer background research for Project CBD, I met the owner of Happy Leaf Collective and South Bay Canna Clinic. His existing managers had prior budtending experience but no prior management experience in traditional business, so they lacked the skills required to navigate the industry’s transition to legalization in California. Since I understood both sides of the equation - knowledge of the cannabis market and business management skills - he asked me to manage his stores. He sold Happy Leaf Collective to Muha Meds in 2024, so I began managing all the back-office work for both the Muha Meds California stores and South Bay Canna Clinic remotely on a consulting basis.
